Lee & White Consultants collects your personal data (which is any
personally identifiable information) such as application information and
contact details for the purpose of recruiting and marketing, and other basic
identification and contact details, such as name, addresses, phone numbers and
email addresses, to maintain our accounts, for billing, for verifying your
identity for security purposes and for answering your queries.

FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS
You may purchase reports and articles produced by Lee & White
Consultants. Payments for these documents are processed using PayPal. PayPal
will require certain personal information for billing such as name, credit card
details, and billing address from you in order to process your payment to us.
We do not collect any credit card details. The personal information we receive
through PayPal is merely to confirm the transaction. Please refer to

You may submit your personal data and sensitive personal data to us via post
and/or email as an application for a position advertised at Lee & White
Consultants. Sensitive personal data are information as to your racial or

trade union membership, physical or mental health, sexual life, commission of
criminal offences and/or involvement in criminal proceedings.
Any personal data collected will only be processed by Lee & White
Consultants.
Your personal data and sensitive personal data which Lee & White
Consultants obtains from you through your résumés or curriculum vitas will be
kept by Lee & White Consultants for a reasonable period in so far as is

for a future position which Lee & White Consultants deem you a likely

Your e-mail address, name and other personal data which you divulge to Lee
& White Consultants will be recorded when you send e-mail to Lee
& White Consultants so that Lee & White Consultants is able to respond
to you on your queries. This information will not be disclosed to any other

addresses which are relevant to your queries. Should there be a general query
that does not fall within any of the categories of the designated email
