On April 23rd, 2006 Lee & White Consultants begins research into the
adherence of Belgian non-profit organizations' and political parties' websites
to current laws concerning data protection and privacy. Lee & White is
preparing a report on these results together with the results on the research
on Belgian political parties' websites to be published end of 2006.
Lee & White Consultants® has
published guidelines on Data Protection.
On January 15th, 2006 Lee & White Consultants announces that it is
preparing guidelines on some data protection points to consider. It has since
published them on its website. This is part of Lee & White's initiative to
help the companies and professional organisations improve the poor results
shown in the report regarding the compliance to data protection laws. With
these guidelines, it is hoped that companies will be able to improve their
compliance significantly.

On November 22nd, 2005 Lee
& White Consultants begins research into the adherence of Belgian political
parties' websites to current laws concerning data protection and privacy. Lee
& White is preparing a report on this subject to be published in the
beginning of 2006.
This is the second research
undertaken by Lee & White Consultants in a series of studies into the
compliance of Belgian websites with the Belgian law on Privacy Protection in
relation to the Processing of Personal Data. Report of the first research
conducted into the compliance of Belgian companies' websites will be available
after the press conference on December 15th, 2005.

Law, implementing European Union Directive 95/46/EC.
On November 14th, 2005 Lee & White Consultants
completed its report on its research into the compliance of Belgian websites
with regard to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Belgian
Data Protection Law, implementing European Union Directive 95/46/EC. The report
is a result of a comprehensive study undertaken into the legality of Belgian
websites from September 2004 – June 2005 in terms of personal data protection.
A press conference will be held to introduce the report on December 15th, 2005,
